The Conservatives call it chaos. I call it debilitating ineptitude that is having a direct and devastating impact on households across Salisbury and South Wiltshire. The resignation of Boris Johnson was supposed to steady the Conservative ship. Instead, Liz Truss’ six weeks as Prime Minister have all but sunk it.
