Salisbury welcomed my husband and I over 10 years ago with open arms! It became our home and we've felt part of the kind and friendly community. It’s also where our son was born.
Being part of this beautiful community made me think, over the years, how can I give something back. Campaigning for my community is new territory for me, but not totally alien as my family has been part of organisations fighting for rights for people with disabilities in my home country.
I do believe that I can make a contribution to the city I call home and work alongside all of you.
