Wendy English

Wendy, a Salisbury resident for 37 years, brings a wealth of local knowledge and experience to the table. A dedicated Liberal Democrat for 50 years, Wendy's contributions to Salisbury are significant.

Alongside her late husband, former Lib Dem Councillor John English, she organized a community daffodil planting on the Greencroft. She also successfully advocated for informative plaques detailing Vanner's Chequer, which can be seen on Salt Lane and Bedwin Street. 

Furthermore, Wendy was a key voice in the campaign to save the Arts Centre, demonstrating her passion for preserving Salisbury's cultural heart.
